Cosplay Update | Magnet + Sandplay
I’ve been using DeviantArt’s journal more often now, but I thought I should post on my blog too so here’s a copy and paste + an update.
So yesterday, I devoted all my time to get all the fabric cut out so it’d be ready for today & I can sew everything without having to go back and cut something out, because cutting fabric is the least favorite thing to me when I make costumes e__e;; Today, I started magnet and I’ll probably be done with the dress tomorrow.. I hope. There’s not much to do except install the zipper, sew up the side & add the ruffles. It shouldn’t take that long? I also drew in the details on the purple section of the sandplay costume, but it sucks because you can’t really see them well and it took me an hour or so to get them all in there orz; Dark purple + black writing…yeah. I’m thinking about putting a layer of lace over it, but i’m not sure yet. If I have time I’ll embroider all the details so it’ll be a little bit more noticeable and stick out more, rather than it being flat on the fabric. But speaking of embroidery, I STILL haven’t found that hoop yet.. I’ll look more thoroughly in my fabric box & bags for it but I’ve been looking for it for awhile orz;
So yeah, my embroidery hoop has been MIA for awhile now & I hope I can find it soon, haha. I’m gonna need it in a bit. I have some photos but I won’t upload them just yet. I’ll probably do all photo posts on weekends because of school and stuff, so it’s easier to do it like that.

Forgot to mention this when the video came out, but there is a new video on the IchigoMiso youtube channel! If you haven’t seen it yet, here it is!
What do you guys think of the idea? I think that since we decided on doing these videos, apart from the normal cosplay videos, it helps you guys see what we do outside of cosplay, you get to learn more about us & how we act. Plus, we’re pretty stupid sometimes, which is funny.

Hey everybody!
I realize I have not posted much recently..but there’s not that much happening.
In other news, school started for me today! It was interesting since I had my own individual schedule, when last year the school did classes, so I only saw the same people over and over again. This time we will be able to see different people. Though..there are a lot of the same people in my classes, there are some new ones and some that aren’t. None of the teachers really got me interested, but they seem alright. Though, I did get excited when my math teacher pulled out a KenKen puzzle in class. [/nerd] For those of you who don’t know, I really like those kinds of number puzzles, basically Sudoku and KenKen. I’ve been playing more Sudoku than KenKen so I didn’t get stuff as fast as I used to be able to, haha. But it’s still fun for me, which is what counts!
Now there’s a break because of Rosh Hashanah, so this week I’m going to go with IchigoChu to the fabric store for NYAF/CC cosplays! I talked more about the cosplays in my deviantArt journal entry, so if you want to check that out, click here. But that means I’ll definitely be posting more photo posts, and updates!
Ah! Also, if you haven’t noticed, I added a twitter feed to the sidebar of the blog. Right now I’m just managing it since Ichigo doesn’t use twitter, but I’ll try to update every now and then. Maybe even post pictures when we’re at a con! [Also, if you read some of the tweets, you’ll notice that there’s a video coming up!]

I’m going to the supermarket tomorrow and I have been aching to bake and cook some stuff. A good portion of that list is for baking sweets.. But I didn’t organize it well enough to know what is for what recipe. Oh man.
Unrelated, but school is in a little over a month. I need to start taking advantage of the summer.

Hey guys!
I’m sorry I don’t have much to blog about these days orz; Since AX has ended, there isn’t much cosplay things to do nowadays and it’s summer vacation now, so it’s just a lot of hanging around and sleeping for me..
I’m sorry the font for the blog is so hard to read e__e; I’m trying to get it back to normal but i’m not sure how to do that exactly.. I’ll try fixing it today. I got rid of the cosplay page because the information listed there can be found in the schedules page. Which I actually have to update since the AX stuff is still on there, haha.
I do have a very exciting project coming up in August, but I don’t want to release the details just yet. Please look forward to it!
